30-Day Return and Exchange Policy

  • Eligibility: All our products are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Postage: Customers are liable to pay for the postage costs associated with any exchange.
  • Sale Items: Products sold at discounted prices are not eligible for return or exchange.

Free Exchanges

  • Damage or Faulty Products: Any product received that is damaged or faulty will be exchanged free of cost.
  • Size-Related Fitting Issues: We offer free exchanges for size-related fitting issues.
  • Refund to Store Credit: If an exchange is not feasible, we offer a refund in the form of store credit.

Exchange Limitations

  • Single Exchange: We only offer a single exchange per jacket. Exchanged jackets are not eligible for further exchanges.
  • Clearance and Discounted Products: These items are not eligible for exchange.
  • Customised and Made-to-Measure Orders: These orders are not eligible for exchange due to their personalized nature.

Delivery and Shipping

  • Delivery Time: We aim to have all orders delivered within 14 business days. However, please note that courier delays can occur, especially to remote destinations.
  • No Refunds for Delays: We do not offer refunds for orders that take longer than 14 days to arrive.
